Round 6 of the Greek Touring Series made its way to Fanatix Racing Track in Athens this past weekend. The event saw several international driver appearances, and made for some very close racing. XRAY’s Georgiadis would take a slim TQ over the competition leading into the final. Continuing on his success, Georgiadis would go on to win the final with a flawless run ahead of Capricorn’s Thilo and XRAY’s Niotis. 8 of the 10 drivers in the final were using XRAY vehicles, building on XRAY’s ongoing domination of the Greek Touring Series.
The MC-Best Championship wrapped up this past weekend in Aigle, Switzerland. After 12 full rounds of exciting racing, the champions were crowned. In the Nitro 1/10 class the championship belonged to XRAY’s Marcel Knutti. Marco Tanner would finish up second with Nuno Santos wrapping up third. In the Nitro 1/8 class, Stephan Eschler would take the crown with XRAY’s Beat Heiniger close behind. Roland Schläpfer finished up the championship in a respectable third for the class. Read more…
The ETS pilot race took place in Nürburg last weekend. The track was built in the “Ring Boulevard” at the world famous racetrack of Nürburgring. The event gathered many international superstars including Jan Ratheisky, Yannic Prümper, Dominick Fleischmann or Julian Borowski. In the Modified TC class it would be Yokomo’s Yannic Prümper who piloted his way to A1 and A2 victories for the overall win. XRAY’s Marco Kaufmann followed in second with Dominik Fleischmann finishing up third.
Two years have passed since the release of the original Team Orion Touch charger, and today they are proud to present the Touch V2 AC/DC charger. The V2 is a consequent advancement of the original Touch. Round 3 of the Conrad Touring Masters was held in Burgdorf, Germany this past weekend. Some of Germany’s top drivers were in attendance, and made for a great weekend of racing. In the Stock TC class it was Tim Benson would came out on top with XRAY’s Daniel Horn second, and Henrik Heitsch third. In the always fast Modified TC class Serpent’s David Ehrbar would steal the show with a solid victory over the XRAY teammates Steven Weiss and Uwe Reimers rounding out the podium.
Round 3 of the GM Touring Car Championship took place this past weekend in Shenzen, China. The Shenzen KRC Track provided some great racing, for a great turnout of racers. In the end it was Serpent’s Fai Ho who would capture the win ahead of Howard Cho and teammate Guo Yao Wei.
