ZZracing’s new lightweight screw and anodized lightweight lock-nut weight reduction kit is now available for the XRAY XB4 series buggys, T4 2014, NT1 2014, X10 2015, and X12 2015. The titanium screws are approximately half the weight of their steel counterparts, while the aluminium lock-nuts and washers are less than half the weight of the steel ones. These combined equal an approximate savings of 50g in weight for these XRAY vehicles.

The final round of the Italian 1/10 Touring Car Championship was held this past weekend in Sicily. In the Expert Class it was a three way battle between Alessio Mazzeo, Mario Spiniello, and Stefanizzi for the win in the final. XRAY’s Spiniello would take home the gold, while XRAY’s Luca Cazzolo would take the win in the F1 class as well!
The IFMAR World Championship Warm-Up event was held this past weekend in Bangkok, Thailand. The event gathered 50 entries, consisting of several top Asian and European drivers. The HUGE R/C facility provides racers with a very high traction and high speed circuit, making setup difficult for some. One driver who had no troubles adapting was Jilles Groskamp. Groskamp would take an impressive win over the XRAY of Alexander Hagberg in second, and Mongkolpan Lomrose in third. Read more…
The Czech Onroad National Championship was held this past weekend in Cvitavy. Sunny skies provided a great weekend of racing for some of Czech Republic’s fastest drivers. Team XRAY would dominate the event in the hands of Marek Cerny and David Nemcek. Cerny captured the win in the Open Class ahead of Nemcek and Petr Grof, while Nemcek went on to win the Stock Class ahead of Radek Voda and Jakub Zapletal.
