The first round of this season’s French 1/10th 200mm National Championship was held in Angoulême, west part of France. Over 70 drivers have made the trip to this first round. The track had medium-low traction and was pretty fast with a technical fast chicane just before the main straight. Qualifying saw some close and intense battles between Léo Arnold and Quentin Leroux for the TQ spot. At the end L.Arnold snatched the TQ by only 0.1s on Q.Leroux. The 45-minute final was the same story between both drivers during the 15 first minutes. Ultimately, L.Arnold took the win by 2-laps front of Kévin Rasquin in second and Thomas Guillon in third.
