RC Racing TV is the world’s best (and only!) network broadcast TV show dedicated to racing radio control cars. For over a decade, HPI has helped RC Racing TV pump pro-level RC racing into millions of homes in 50+ countries across Europe, and now it’s time to break into America!
As RC Racing TV enters its eleventh year, HPI is excited to announce the television show will be breaking new ground in partnership with the immensely popular US-based network Motor Trend OnDemand! Motor Trend OnDemand is available in several huge television markets, including the United States and the UK. Watching professional level RC championship racing is an awesome way to demonstrate the wonders of modern RC cars, and while competing at the level we see on screen takes a huge amount of investment (and in some cases is a full time job!), we know that the best way to get started is with an HPI Racing RTR (Ready To Run) vehicle!
Nick Daman, Executive Producer of RC Racing TV, said: “11 seasons ago, the support from HPI Racing got our little TV show started and it’s remarkable how far we’ve come over the years! If you want to get started in RC, without a doubt, HPI make the car or truck for you. Plus, with your HPI you’ll quickly see all the other amazing activities this hobby can bring, from scale rock crawling to mind blowing dirt jumps!”
Each episode of the new RC Racing TV series will feature a different class of RC vehicle competing in international championship finals along with a focus on the perfect HPI car or truck in the same category.
Episode 1 of the new RC Racing TV season features the EFRA Large Scale Short Course European Championships, as well as a look at the HPI Baja SC in action from the FIA World RX of Latvia, with Pro Rallycross drivers competing with fans to set the fastest time on HPI’s exclusive Fast Lap Dirt Track!
Motor Trend is part of the TEN network which boasts the “World’s Largest Enthusiast Audience” and in 2016 were the No.1 Automotive and Action Sports Network. In addition to the Motor Trend OnDemand billing, the show will also be broadcast across the UK on Front Runner TV, plus…Right here on the internet! You can watch EP1 right now here!
