Team Powers USA is looking to rebuild their race team from the ground up for the 2016 race season. The brand has opened up sponsorship applications via their website (CLICK HERE), and encourage racers to apply today!
“We are looking to rebuild our race team from the ground up for the 2016 season. We are asking that all of the current race team reapply and encourage new applicants to also apply. Our goal is provide sponsorship to hard working, talented, and deserving drivers from all regions of the US and Canada areas. Our goal is not to saturate any area with too many drivers but to make sure that we are represented and can provide good product support across the nation.
We did carry and support a small team in 2015 which yielded some major race victories on both the national and region level. We are very happy with the results but there is always room for improvement. During 2015 we have worked hard on product development and product reliability. I think we have a very good electronics package for the upcoming season and am excited to see what kind of results we can achieve. We have also improved our on-road selection of high performance racing tires. They are now being used in many racing series across the US.
We will field two teams for 2016, a regional team and a smaller national team. Each application needs to be filled out completely in order to be considered for a position on the team. For those who apply and do not make the team we are still happy to support you on an information basis. I’m happy to answer emails about any products to ensure our customers have all the information they need. It is our responsibility as a manufacturer to not saturate the racing community with to many sponsored drivers. Our goal is also to support the local hobby shop and tracks which ultimately provide us with great racing venues.
Please find the application HERE and return it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you very much for your interest and for supporting our products. We will make selections throughout the end of December and contracts will be delivered in early January. We are looking forward to a great 2016 season.” – Team Powers USA
