The eighth and final race of the combined Belgium/Dutch Championship was held last weekend at the indoor carpet facility of MIO in Oss. Here the Dutch and Belgium champions would be crowned after 8 races on diverse tracks, with indoor clay, outdoor clay, astro turf and carpet racing. With 111 racers in 2wd and 75 in 4wd competing in the championship from both the Netherlands and Belgium, it was a great year of racing!
In the end, Wesley van Helmond dominated the Dutch 2wd title with his TLR 22 2.0 followed by Arjan van de Graaf with his Yokomo B-MAX2 and Tom van Drunen with his Team Associated B5M. Wesley also took the combined Belgium/Dutch title! In 4wd it was Dominique van Helmond who could take place on the highest step of the Dutch podium with his TLR 22-4, followed by Jack Box with his Hotbodies D413 and Jan Beks with his Team Associated B44.2.
