TLR 224 Option Parts

One of the most popular cars in the Team Losi Racing lineup is without a doubt the 22-4. The TLR Race Team continues to push the envelope of performance for the 22-4, and have developed three new option parts; Alu Rear Camber Block with vertical ball studs, Steel Front Pivot Brace, and ‘0’ Side Belt Adjustment Inserts.

The TLR Race Team have found the ability to run fined adjustments in the rear camber link to be a huge advantage on most tracks. The vertical ball stud mount using standard ball studs and not washers is 1mm lower than the stock 3/4/5 holes which the team has found to make the car rotate quicker without sliding. This new part is used on many key TLR 22-4 setups including Ryan Maifield’s 2015 Reedy Race Champion setup. Designed as a direct replacement, no other parts are needed to mount to your 22-4!

The stock aluminum Font Pivot Brace has become one of the parts that can break on the 22-4, and the TLR development team has been working on a solution – here it is! We now have a steel version of the Front Pivot Brace that is superbly durable. Over the last several months, none of the TLR team drivers has failed a single steel front pin brace. This is a direct fit replacement part that requires no other parts or modifications.

The TLR Race team had found they can easily run the side belt using the loosest (#1) tensioners, and an even looser option was needed for SPEC racing. After lots of testing, we’ve found the ‘0’ side belt inserts to work well for most mod and spec racers in their 22-4’s. This is a direct fit replacement part that requires no other parts or modifications.
