Coral Springs Offroad Track hosted Round 3 of the South Florida Offroad Championship Series this past weekend. With 130 entries, it was a long day of tough racing in all classes. One of the fastest classes of the raceday was the Modified 4wd Buggy class. The TQ spot after qualifying was awarded to XRAY’s Jader Lopez. While he would start first on the grid for the A-Final, it would not be an easy race. Team Associated’s Daimon Borkowicz started second and latched on to Lopez’s pace from the start. The two would swap positions for the lead multiple times. In the end they dragged raced their way across the line with Lopez taking the win by only .4 seconds! Sebastien Hazbun followed the two across the line 6 seconds back for third.
