The BRCA 2wd and 4wd National Offroad F2, Veteran, and Junior championships were held this weekend at the large and well prepared track at Boughton Raceway.
The Junior and Veteran classes were split into age groups of U13, U16, V40 and V50. Qualifying the 2wd F2 class would be a battle between Jonathon Brown and Schumacher driver Andy Jones. Andy Jones took 3 rounds of qualifying giving him TQ with Jonathon taking the second spot Nick Oliver taking third and Schumacher’s Tristram Neal taking Forth. The finals went well for Andy taking the win on the first two legs with Tristram Neal taking second on both from fourth to secure second overall. Wez Jolly all the way from ninth on the grid was able to finish third overall to make it a Schumacher 1-2-3.
In the Veterans class Ellis Stafford took the glory of the qualifying and finals to take the win from Alec Springer and to finish off the podium Danny Conway.
