“After a fantastic night of racing Friday all the drivers were back again to do battle for the richest prizemoney event in Australia, with Wayne Walker coming into the second stage of the event with a very slim margin of 1 point over second placed Josh Pain, with Ashleigh Frensham in third. Round 6 of the event was underway by 7.00pm after a short warm up session, on a circuit that was holding up beautifully with a nice race line showing up after friday night. After a great battle between Pain and Walker it was Walker coming out on top with the win putting a lap on Pain, with Ian Haley coming home in third.
